Beko dishwasher part advice – Flow through heater

Hi all, I did attempt to use the search feature but couldn’t find anything specific.

Recently our 3yo Beko dishwasher decided to stop heating up, as far as I can tell it’s neither heating the water or drying. It’s also leaving some suds in the bottom of the machine when it’s finished.

E-Spares list the heater unit as a “flow through” type which looks relatively easy to swap, but I just wanted to check what people thought as to it curing both issues? I can see how this flow through heater would be the cause of the water not heating up but in my simplistic head, that wouldn’t account for the drying problem as water needs to flow through it?

E-Spares don’t have any other heater parts listed but I thought I’d check.
