beko dishwasher problem

    hi can anyone please advise as to prob with model no de3762fw
    on turning on machine it went to the pre wash cycle there was a popping sound then stopped each time you turn back on now just emptys only will not go past prewash at all

    do you think that this is the main control card blown or the programme contol card or maybe if this is the case where can i obtain parts any help please would be welcome
