Beko display stuck?

Display will not alter and doesn’t show programme times or any other settings.

I held in the start button and then switched on, got an E18 error which I believe is OOB. After this ALL sections of the display illuminated.

Switched off and on but it reverted to the original fault only the centre of the display was on with a blinking right pointing arrow. I tried some switch cleaner on the rotary switch and got a few sections of the display to show on just one programme but machine will not start, even on that.

I suspect the control PCB is at fault, unless anyone else knows better?

it has all the makings of a board fault as the display wont function

but you can never be certain can you so its suck it and see just make sure you get the correct board as I made that mistake

Sadly I got the impression the customer won’t wear a new pcb. 🙁
