    Please can anyone help? My dishwasher keeps filling then emptying – it appears to keep overflowing as I have to tilt it to reset the float switch and lots of water comes out. Really don’t want to send for an engineer as I can’t afford it at the moment!

    Obviously you have water getting into the base… Is this overflowing, or is it a leak from somewhere in the base…

    You are going to need an engineer if you can’t find the source of the water ingress
