Beko DPU8360 Drier no heat

Just back from a Beko DPU8360 Drier, a condenser drier using a refrigeration compressor to provide heat and cool the air to condense it.
problem is it’s just not heating up the compressor is starting up no fault codes show up on the display can’t find a diagram for this machine, has anyone had the same problem and managed to resolve it?

They are not instant like an element, they require quite a bit of time to get up to heat. Check filters for airflow into air intake of refrig’ unit.

It’s likely lost refrigerant, it’s R407, you should be able to locate leaks using an electronic detector, the compressor knackered usually means a replacement product unless you have access to commercial equipment.
