Beko DPU8360w Heat Pump Dryer Error Codes 5 & 20?

We’ve had this dryer for just over two years and it has just stopped drying. Drum still rotates and it appears to be operating as normal but with the exception of actually extracting any moisture from the load or even getting warmer inside. I’ve not been able to find a service manual but have managed to trigger a service mode by turning the selector to ‘wool refresh’, holding down the ‘buzzer cancel’ and switching on. Without a manual its pure guesswork but as I cycle through using the start button I get:
Test
65hp
Er 05
Er 20
Bzzr…buzzer sounds
20
Ntrl…drum spins
Fan..fan works
Pump…pump runs
Ntrr…drum spins
Hund….drum still spinning and no more options come up, have to turn off main switch to stop

I’m guessing the two error codes contain the info I need to see if this is likely to be a cost effective fix or a new machine. Can anybody assist?

er5 if start pause is pressed during run mode

er20 if rotary is turned during run mode

both thing kids could do to the machine

Many thanks for the fast response Dave.

Both of those events are eminently possible with a 2 year old in the house!

Should the compressor run during one of those stages, are there any known common failures on these machines?

This evening its popped up with codes 1 and 15, are these of any use?

error 1 door open

error 15 drum idle ( only at beginning of sensor dry progs )

Thanks Dave,

Had an engineer out today and it turned out to be a seized compressor, deemed uneconomical to repair.
