Beko DRCS 76W heater cutting out

I have a customer with a strange problem.

The machine starts and initially heats, but when it reverses for the first time the heater goes off and won’t come back on. Everything else seems fine.

Is this likely to be a problem with a relay on the PCB?

sound like a poss board problem. take it if you let it run till it reverses again it still does not kick in

is it the same for auto and timed programmes ?

have you tried it with wet washing ?

have pm’ed you a few bits
