    T/d was tripping electrics – cleaned wet fluff from heater box & condenser etc – tested o.k. heating when tested – now customer says clothes are not as dry as they should be on extra dry prog i.e. she says they feel a bit damp – any ideas guys.

    Check sensor bar below door on inside of drum, 2 phillips screws hold it in place. Clean fluff from this, if you have an ampmeter check current taken by appliance when heating. On timed drying it should take approx’ 6 amps, on auto setting it should take approx’ 8.5 after a few minutes.
