beko drcs68w element

hi i fitted a new genuine element to a beko dryer.
the old element was visibly faulty there was no sign of water or dampness in the duct.
2 days later i am called back out to find the new element badly
burnt out.
Anyone had similair problems I am unsure whether to fit another
element or give customer back her money and give up.

Best to check why its happening, fan blockage etc are something to look out for & condenser blockage in the condenser dryers.
Also check that relay on P.C.B is not stayin on all the time.
