Beko drvs62 tumble dryer

Have a Beko drvs62 dryer with low heat , so replaced the heater element with a brand new one having checked and double checked the plug wiring .

New heater element fitted now no heat at all on any programme setting , have run a test programme and does appear to go thru test series but with no heat

Any suggestions where to look next ????

tried front ntc no different , so tried another new heater assembly and heats up red hot .Checked the non heating new element and everything seems ok (stats ok element reads ok ) think will just have to send it back to qualtex .
Just shows we should have two of every part in stock lol !!

Was it a Qualtex pattern part as i have the same issues a couple of years ago i only use gen ones now.
