I have Beko DCY7402GXB2 dryer and its not heating at all otherwise operating normally. I checked thermostat on heater and its good and the NTC is reading 1Kohm and resistance lowers when i raise temp, the NTC on door is reading much higher though 20Kohm. Is the rear reading too low? the part number on rear NTC says 2971900100

when I google that part number it comes up wth long NTC like what is on front but the rear NTC is flat type.

    Yes it’s 7182482930
Also I got into service mode and although I dont have service manual I could see it gave NTC readings NT:01 13 NT:02 92, it then did dr:rr drum test then it got to hu:nd and gave error 5c:Er and wouldn’t continue.

I realised the NT readings are the temps and NT02 is obvoiusly way out. I confirmed with 20k resistor instead of the NTC and dryer started heating again

ok cant see this one on Beko tech which means I cant identify the element

even looked up your ip to make sure your in the uk but it seems your not far from me in liverpool

looking at models with close model numbers i think the heater may be 2976680100

but you need to check. the problem may be any supplier may have to email Beko to chack the correct part
