Beko DSC 64W cond dryer no heat

Hi folks. Beko DSC 64W no heat. S/n 13-200806-04. Other ref 7183281800. Heater ntc only reading 700 ohms. Front fan ntc 24000 ohms. Both sound wrong to me looking at previous post. Heater is good machine very new. Garage temp where positioned 9 degrees C at present. Reading original posts looks like I need everything! Appreciate test procedure and accurate ntc values. Cheers.

heater thermistor 19.500 ohm @ 25°C

door thermistor 12.000 ohm @ 25°C

to be honest it normally the heater thermistor that causes this

complete heater only gen part no 2970101500

if you want to be certain link in a hotpoint heater ntc as a test. works a treat
