    Hi,

appliance was tripping electrics – engineer found main pcb had a burn mark on it, element etc meters out ok & no earth fault on machine.

Engineer ordered main pcb, appliance no longer trips, but wont wont work when power goes on no lights work, there are no signs of life – until you open the door and the interior light comes on (and off when door closes)

Is this a faulty board, or is there a programming option available?

    Thanks
    Alister

Heater is likely faulty, get the Engineer to megger it checking the NTC, they normally go low to earth & take out components on P.C.B.
    No programming necessary!

The heaters have new better quality NTCs on them now.
