    hi
my tumble dryer has stopped heating. i’ve checked continuity of the thermostat with the reset button and heater elements and both are ok.
i’m unable to check the other thermostat untill i get into work as my own meter only measures up to 400 ohms. ( i’ve read this should be in the region of kohms)
i’ve tested for voltage upto the thermostats and was both appear to have no supply to them( i was expecting 230v to one side even if u/s).
does anybody know how common pcb failure is on this model or any links to a wiring diagram etc as i can’t find anything on the net.

    thanks

most common fault is ntc failure ( the other stat on the element. if its resistance is too high or low it wont heat
