    My dryer has stopped working & keeps tripping out the electrics. My Dad has checked it out with a multimeter & says there’s no earth to the main power switch but I can’t find a wiring diagram anywhere in order to get this sorted. Any advice please?

    Hmmm, he is a “proper” engineer although admittedly specialising in heating systems…. 😉

    Well obviously he was not a “proper” enough engineer to test for an earth fault.
