Beko DTGC8000W dyer

Got the above model, no heat fault, checked heater and its fine, stat not tripped on it. No powder going to heater so replaced the pcb and its still the same. Any suggestions what it might be?

have sent the tech

there also seems to have been a board and heater change so you need to check you have the correct board

Thanks for the info Dave, dryer info is s/n- 19-201786-02 p/n 7182482650, the board that was sent is 2975790601 which going by the info you sent is incorrect, it should have been 2975772101, can you just confirm if thats correct please and would also need cable 2976630600

since the changes happened from the 1/10/18 and you have a 2019 dryer all parts fitted should be the later ones

For some reason this has the older version heater on it, the pcb that was on it has 2 numbers, not sure whats the righr one, its got 2975770400 on label but on board it says 2955040002, does any of these numbers make sense to you, i just want to make sure i have right stuff as its an hours drive away, thanks

when you punch in the serial numbers it gives

2976680600 for the heater
and
2975778101 for the main board
