Hi. I have this cooker where the customer is complianing the hob is cutting out too early. He doesnt believe it is cooking at the right temperature. ( the back right one)
I have changed the selector/regulator AND the element but customer is still unsure it is correct. I can tell you i cant out my hand on the thing tho after its been on a few mins! ha ha.

Could there be anything else that can cause this problem? or am i right in thinking i have changed both partas which control the hob.

    Hi Minge,
What condition is the terminal block in? Could be one half of the zones are one side of the block and the fauly on the other.

    hi andyvivo,

It looked ok.. always tend to have a quick browse over the blocks when attending cos i know they can be buggers for burning out. Admittantly i didnt take the cover off tho. Surely other parts on that side would not work correctly tho?? Strange why its only that ring?
