    Hi
    Have a 2 month Beko DW 600 – sounds like pump is working but nothing else – no water coming in, no arm spinning – have tried various button combinations plus unscrewing and rescrewing what I can – but no joy. Any obvious action to take before calling engineer in? Thanks in advance.

    Water leak into undertray will trip the flood protection system and run the drain pump constantly.

    If it’s two months old, I wouldn’t mess with it as it’s under warranty.
