Beko DW 601 fault

Hi, I have a problem with my dishwasher, when I turn it on I hear a tiny beep to indicate its on, then all 5 of the program lights flash on for 1 second and the go off.

Then nothing works, pressing the buttons does nothing. If I turn it off and back on the same thing happens.

This also happened around a week ago and I just turned it off at the wall and left it for a while and it worked again but that hasn’t worked this time.

After this happened last time I ran a diagnostic program by holding down the play/pause and program button and turning on and then running it but it didn’t show any fault codes.

I have tried holding down the pause and program buttons and turning on, and holding all buttons and turning on etc but nothing seems to affect it.

Does anyone have any suggestions of what this issue might be?
