Gotta go on Fri’ to look at a Beko D’Washer D3421FW that customer says advances quickly through the programme, she always uses #2 prog’ 65c, has repoeted that she hears it pumping out at start-up then filling, then washing but moves through programme cycle very fast . I suspect possible faulty thermostat causing it to move through heating cycle, any other ideas would be appreciated.

If it washes for a while, then sets off round the rest of the programme it’s the NTC at fault. P/no BE1884400100 – £5.50 from SEME.

This could be a filling fault on this model.

The left hand side filling chamber has a water wheel counter with tacho magnet attachment, if the wheel does not register within the parameters it aborts programme.

The side chamber removes easily and a couple of minutes under a running tap will clear the blockages. The blockages are not always easy to see, ie not food or powder residue, but clear slimey/fungus growth, in the vicinity of the wheel and the small compartments near it.

Where is this NTC located on the machine, i’ve looked on Connections Mediator & don’t see it listed as spare part.
