    hi customer says that this dishwasher is not drying the plates etc . the plates seem to be warm but wet any idea’s before i go .

    Customer not using Rinse Aid? Using a short programme? Filters/spray arms clogged? 😕

    hi the machine is brand new so i dont think any thing is blocked

    That’s OK then. So as it’s brand new, maybe rinse aid or wrong programme selection (i.e short prog with no full dry cycle)????
