hi, i have a leak of sticky green/yellow coming from the bottom left of my door. i think its a mixture of the tablet and rinse aid. Its not a large amount but it is staining the kitchen floor. The large door seal in the actual main unit looks fine, as does the smaller seal on the actual door itself. However its just starting leaking the same substance from the bottom right of the door. Ive run my hand underneath and can feel that its coming from the hinges i think. Do i need to replace the seals? I’ve cleaned them up a bit, but no joy. Thanks 😀

Likely the dispenser is split or leaking. It would spill down inner door & leak from underneath onto floor. Likely a dispenser is required but inspect it first to see whats the problem. Power off first & unscrew door inner from outer, look to see whats needed.

hi, thanks ive done that and looks like ur right – leak coming from dispenser tray which has caused a right mess running down the inner door! Think the seal may need replacing but cant find how you remove the dispenser? No screws or anything… Alternatively if i cant get it off, do you think some copious silicone would sort it?

Dispenser fixes in with clips, careful not to damage stainless steel inner door when removing or refitting.
    Parts are cheap for Beko.

cool – ordered new dispenser and seal and its cured it. Thanks for the advice! Bit tricky getting it in and out but few minutes of fiddling and all done. Cheers!
