beko dw600

hi all another company have been and fit new door ropes as door was falling down easy,since then the cust is complaining that after a wash the top right hand corned has condensation on it and the bench in the same place.

the ropes are fine and there is no adjustment on the latch so i am assuming when the ropes snapped and door clashed it has twisted inner door?

has anyone had this before?

as its only the top right corner and not along the whole top it must be warped?

had a look on the beko site for clues mods etc but no joy

have you had a good look at the hinges if the right one has been bent slightly it may be putting pressure on the door and not allowing it to seal

thanks for reply,yeah ive had both sides off to see if the hinges etc where ok and all seems well,cust said it was fine until prev company took it out to fit the new hinge ropes,wondering if its installed slighty off twisting the cabinet?
