Just got it fitted at the weekend, and gave it an empty wash. Then put some not very dirty dishes in, it sounds like it was ok, but the dishes weren’t washed. I tried again on another program but still cutlery and some plates were not clean. I put a cup in the right way around and it filled with water so there is water being sprayed. I checked the arms swing, the filter is clear, etc. What else can I do? I have had a dw before so I know how to load them, put the tablet in, etc. Is there a secret elastic band I have forgotten to remove?!?

Just adding some more info. The plates had wet gravy on, so not crusty dried food. They were on the bottom rack. There were some cooking utensils on the top tray that were still dirty too. The food wasn’t new food that had flicked around, it was the original food. Thanks.

If you are certain that nothing is obstructing the spray arms then you will have to contact the dealer or whoever is responsible for servicing the appliance.

Did you put it on a complete cycle or just a cold rinse?

It’s ok. I figured out what the problem was, there was hardly any water in the bottom tray so I filled with kettle and it washed, so narrowed down that there wasn’t much water going in. Eventually got boyfriend to go into cellar and he noticed a wee kink in the pipe going up into the kithen. So nothing wrong with DW, but red faced boyfriend.

Thanks for positive suggestions though. Thread closed.
