Hi we have a beko dw603, it wont enter a normal wash mode, ive held the programme and start button down whilst turning it on, it enters a drain cycle and then stops. the programme led and the arrow on the right are both light and that seems to be it, nothing else happens. ive tried holding the start button for 3 secs, that bring the start/pause led to flashing. if i hold for 7 secs that clears and it enters drain again. any ideas please, is it stuck in a drain cycle.,
I think i managed to enter the functional test by, switching off, holding start button whilst turning on, wait for all leds to flash, then push start and close door, nothing seems to happen, left for various lengths of time, and P1 is on when opened.
ive checked the water inlet supply is on. all filters cleaned.
any suggestions please?
