    Evening everybody.

Attended this machine recently and found the breather hose detached from the sump bowl, as they seem to do. Drained out the undertray and float, refitted the hose and tried to run the machine.

From pressing start, the drain pump will run for approximately one minute and stop. Thirty seconds later, the drain pump comes on, repeat etc. The display does not count down the time. After a thorough poking about underneath and finding nothing amiss, I concluded that the PCB was at fault, so ordered and replaced it. It’s doing exactly the same, so I’ve missed something somewhere…..

    Any ideas what?

    Cheers,

    Chris.

Model not recognised by Beko Chris but that sounds like a flow meter thing.

It sounds like it’s going into an emergency drain as it thinks it’s flooded. Or I’m not picking you up right.

possible with leak overflow switch has got contaminated check for operation and leakage

does it even try to fill or try to start motor ?

was thinking it was still thinking it had water in, cant see a pressure sw so am a bit of a loss to see how it would detect standing water unless it uses pump current like some other maker

    model prob is dw686
if yes there seems to be a possible card change and you cant fit the earlier card to the later machine. change date 01/01/17
