Beko DWD 4311 W Help

Hello I have a Beko DWD 4311 W and it’s not working.
I think the problem is that it’s not filling up with water.I have checked inlet hose and it seems fine,no twists or blockages.
I have poored hot water in and it all drains away no problem.
So when I try to run a programme the machine fills up with a very small amount of water then drains away and the machine just hums without doing anything until I turn it off.
Please help

first thing to check is the inlet valve

Is I let valve inside the machine,as I can’t see it ?i have taken the inlet hose of to check but can only get it off one end

where ever the inlet hose goes it joins to the valve

Ok I have not checked that.What am I looking for when looking at the valve ?
