Beko DWD 4311S not spinning top arm

Hi,
My Beko dishwasher has recently stopped cleaning the top rack properly.
I have fully cleaned all the filters and arms and given them a good de-scaling!
I notice that the water pressure seems too low to get the top arm spinning like it used to.
Is there anything I can do?

Check top basket feed pipe is seated correctly, the basket (if overloaded) can commonly damage the 2 wings of the feed pipe on rear wall of appliance behind top basket. If basket not fed with water, no wash at top, other problem could be at bottom (sump) area where feed pipe gets water supply from, could be missaligned, blocked etc.
