    Hi guys

    i think my Beko dwd5411w dishwasher is blocked and won’t drain as i removed the filter and gave it a clean as well as removing most of the pooling water but it seems there is still a blockage

    how do i best approach this?
    Ive attached photos as its easier to see than explain

    does the drain pump run ?

    There will always be a little water in this sump area, there may however be a leak to base if its pumping continuously, the float switch in base may be activated.
    If however the pump doesn’t run its maybe blocked, piece of glass, food debris etc..
