Hello i have got hold of the above which had signs of a blow out on the control board ,upon investigation i didn’t find any issues with the hardware or wiring .I powered up the drain motor and circulation motor on a variac and they functioned well. The control board was removed and remnants of the carbon debris was cleaned from the motor control card edge connector before a new card was installed i suspect it was caused by water ingress.
Is there any need for a connection to an interface to program this card for the machine as i have noticed a comm port as an empty connection.
Once connected up and switched on the machine will fill then sit for quite a while then drain again ,then it will repeat until it reaches the end of its program ,but no action from the circulation pump ,the cabling from the control board to the motor is showing good continuity on both neutral and supply line ,i am puzzled and all i can assume the issue is suggesting the board of which i have tried two with the same issue possibly a programing software issue perhaps considering it has a comms port ?

Hi Seamy i will try and use a separate pair of wires to see if this may be the problem ,but have tested the wiring from the card to the motor but not put any load on them to see if they may be breaking under load .thanks for the heads up .

Not wiring to circulation motor, the fine wires normally blue & black, 2 blue wires to flowmeter, 2 black wires to NTC are the ones that break and cause problem that you describe.

Comms connection on board is for putting software on in factory, they come programmed for particular model so long as you ordered using correct model number.
