Beko DWD5414w not working

I have a Beko DWD5414w dishwasher but it’s stopped working. The other day it finished a wash but then afterwards it just kept on making the sound that it makes when it’s in use. Like a typical, whirring dishwasher sound. It just wont stop making this noise and it wont wash anything anymore. Have tried turning it off and on, unplugging it. Cancelling it, holding the buttons down etc etc.

Does anyone have any suggestions on how I can fix this?

if the base underneath get flooded there is a safety float that turns the pump on and it wont stop

remove plug, unscrew cover below door and mop out water carefully as you dont want it on electrics

then run it with the cover off and look for leaks. if none, box it back up and use it
