beko error codes

got to look at beko wm5100w on sat.all info i have is lights up door locks and thats it.landlord has no more info and past tenant long gone.could it still be childlock even though door locks.m/c 18mths old and not heavily used.anyone got fault codes or test procedure.paul

Hi,
Sorry to resurrect an old post but I have just come across the same fault as this.
When turned on door locks straight away indicator lights stay on and nothing else happens.
holding the start/pause button in for 3 seconds doesn’t cancel.

What was found to be the problem with this one?
