    american style model ap930x
    it is showing E O on the display freezer side and is showing a !
    in the instructions it says ! means not cold enough
    but the freezer is set at -18 and thermometer reads -18
    anyone got any ideas please

    Hiya,

    E 0 is a freezer sensor failure.
    I’ve got self test document somewhere, if you want it. Need your email address though.

    just went in kitchen to do test and it is all showing as ok
    does that mean it was a dodgy/wet contact or will i need a new freezer sensor anyway
