Got a problem with a nearly new Beko WMA 1510W. Put it on any hot program (2 or 3) and whilst filling the timer advances to 4 then once filled goes to 5 only permitting a cool wash. It does heat on this section and the element is O.K. No apparant way of resetting the timer like Indesits etc.
    Any ideas?

    Regards.

This machine does advance quickly through to that position before it heats and then heats to the temperature of the preselected program. Have you checked the temperature or are you just assuming that it’s only heating to 40C?

Think this is perfectly normal. Select the programme then the timer dial will advance to show where in the wash cycle it is but the original setting will be remembered and it will do that particular wash. So if you select a 60 wash the dial will advance but it will still do the 60 wash. Lots of calls for this from people who have had the machine for months and swear blind it has not done it from day one. 😕

    Hi

If you look in the user manual about page nine I think it will tell you about timer advancing. The timer is acting as a program selector switch for module which controls most of the functions.
