    Hi,

I have a Beko CN 264 FF as I understand it it’s not one of the flammable ones!

There r 2 channel either side of the drain/drip hole that slop into it.

The one on the left keeps icing up & as a result of this water collects in the bottom of the fridge.

I’ve turned it off for over 24 hours but the ice just returned. The suggestion I have seen is to turn it down to minimum – it’s already at minimum.

    Any help/suggestions would be appreciated.

    Thanx
    Paul

    Hi

This is normally be caused by the suction pipe being too close to the liner and the small bit of insulation that is left gets wet and thus causes the ice build up.Normally happens after about 12 – 24 months. The appliance is Un repairable but it is a manufacturing defect so chase them up and they should give in.

    Hi,

Thanx for ur reply. It’s about 7-10 years old would they still fix it without charge?

Think it may have been doing it for a year or so now.

    Thanx
