The fan is not running and vents icing up. Have defrosted the freezer and removed the screws supporting the molded tray below the internal heat exchanger. I can only get the tray partly forward and down but cannot see what is stopping its removal, a certain amount of levering, swearing and cutting some plastic tape has helped but I am not quite there. Any suggestions would be appreciated. Its about 6 years old and maybe not worth paying to have it repaired but if I can get access and its a motor replacement then great. Model TZA6016FFS.

    Hi

Lower panel does come down but needs to be moved with care and also the rear condenser needs to be removed to release the drainage pipe channel.
