E4 ERROR – defrost heater error

anyone know if this is a thermal defrost sensor or heater
the appliance will be a nightmare to come out of a small cupboard –
I haven’t seen this before on this model , so looking for any tips

I cant find the defrost heater , but there is a thermal fuse listed

any advice appreciated

it shows a heater but seem to show same part no despite pics looking different

have got service manual if you want it
