It’s something I think manufacturers should take on board but none of them even the high end manufacturers don’t cover the food.
As you say Dave they should have a responsibility for the food as if they appliance fails it’s not fit for purpose.
So there should be some accountability I have only found a couple of customers that have had some luck with the supplier but there is nothing that makes them responsible for the food.
The payments always are a good will gesture and at there discretion.
