Most common fault is that the wire on the ice maker breaks when is has been used due to wire being a bit on the short side.

Just remake and away you go.

the fault is the fridge gets to cold and also the door on the ice dispenser does not open

lerch do you have a service manual I posted last month for some info, I tried to get into the freezer compartment but could figure out how to remove the ice maker etc without breking anything which seems impossible on this machine

cheers for that will arrange call to go back now and give self test a go. have you experianced one with the fridge getting too cold. it seems to be blowing colod air out the suction vent behind the salad bins not the top vent ???

turned out to be the circ fan in freezer and what a bugger it is to get too all plastic clips and screw heads that break. very cheep

soory for hijaking post , we have a beko ff customer with same fault , ie to cold in bottom of fridge,

was in fan that caused problem …

yes fan in freezer behind ice maker. back panel is a pain to get of as held in with pastic clips

thought it was strange that the fridge still got cold with a broken fan. i found that only the salad bins were freezing stuff and the vent in the bottom was covered in ice. i will send you all the info i have on these units. whats your email address
