Beko fridge/freezer CDA752 FW

Hi Guys
I have a customer with a Beko fridge/freezer, model number CDA752 FW.
The freezer compartment is freezing absolutely fine but the top fridge area isn’t chilling at all.
The fan in the freezer compartment is running but I can’t see any flap or fan that would cool the fridge area.
Any assistance would be appreciated.

this is a self defrosting unit which still can get frozen up

before you try anything switch it off open the doors and leave it for about 2 days. Then switch back on again and see what happens
