Hi, apologies if this has come up before. I have searched the forum but have not found a similar issue. We have a Beko CGA966W which has done really well considering it is 15 years old. Recently though we have noticed that the door seal at the top of the freezer door & the section of panel that it closes onto have become very hot. Both the fridge & freezer are working fine with no strange noises or issues. However the fact that it is getting so hot in this area is a concern. Last night it was hot. this morning it was fine. Been out all day but come home & it’s very hot in this area again. Im kind of thinking that due to its age we may just be better replacing it but if this issue is a safety concern then it needs to be a priority.
Any tips or advice would be very much appreciated.
Many thanks, Veefer
