beko fridge freezer not cold enough

this is my first post so hello to everyone, i have a 3 yr old beko F/F model QC55FC the compressor is running and stay on , the fans running but it wont cool down properly .
ive changed the thermostat pcb, changed the compressor relay/control unit that’s on the side of the compressor , its also had a new defrost heater element .
when its been running 3-4 hours its only just down to about freezing in the ice box compartment, the rest of the freezer is warmer than that and the fridge doesn’t feel cold at all .. is it possible its the main pcb ? or would it be a duff compressor?
the evaporater is getting a light coating of ice at the very top only ..
are the sensors on the evaporater likely to give these symptoms at all?
any help or advise greatly apreceated.
