Need to get this sorted quick. It’s already cost a lot of frozen meet to defrost on its own. Problem is that the fridge is working ok but the freezer seems to have exactly the same temperature as the fridge compartment which is rubbish really ! Any pointers will do as this thing has passed its warranty (as they always do). Model FSA716W. thANKS.

What’s the ambient temperature? Is it installed in a cold environment, which is what I suspect?

Re: BEKO FRIDGE FREEZER NOT WORKING PROPERLY !

The most common cause of this is a restriction within the pipework which will involve a engineer visit i’m afraid.

a restriction in a beko will make freezer too cold not too warm as freezer evap is first in line. fridge temp would be too cold at bottom and too warn at top. at this time of year I would agree with kwatt. min room temp for this model is 12 degrees. if it is in a cold room you would have had this problem for about two weeks. put a hot water bottle in fridge once a day wile it is cold and this should solve your problem.
