    Hi all,

    Got a right one here, we have taken this over now its out of warranty, appliance has been faulty for a while now, so need to get this one ironed out!

    Appliance comes up with E9 error code, when we look at the icemaker, the motor has turned and has ‘wrung’ the ice cube tray – its twisted it tightly.

    Between us and the last service agent, the ice maker motor, tray, arm etc have been changed, but its still doing it.

    Any ideas? (or service manuals)
