Problem no heat, question should the fan in front of the compressor be running all the time to help the heating process

short answer no
the fan does not help the heat process it just cools the compressor

its a fridge circuit with the evaporator and the condensor after each other in the air circuit of the dryer. the only heat in the system is waste heat from the compressor

try to find out if the compressor is running.

Done the diagnostic test humidity sensor plate has come up faulty I assume this is located around the front plate bearing housing. not sure as to what it would look like

the test also say you have to short out the sensor or you get an error

have emailed the test prog info
