Morning got this American fridge freezer that has E4 in the display and I’ve replaced the thermal fuse as it was o/c ,heater checks out ok and the Appliance seems to be running ok at the mo but it still has E4 displayed can anyone give me some advice on how to remove E4

E4 refers to the defrost heater faulty.
When an error is corrected the error codes disappear.
Also after a self test errors are cleared, so if you power off & leave off for a while, on power up again it goes through a self test procedure which should clear errors.
If E4 shows still, i’d presume fault has’nt been sorted yet.
