Beko led display playing up

Hi there, I’m feeling a little bit annoyed at the moment as my 18 month old Beko WMB71442w washing machine is playing up already! The led display where it shows the temp and spin speed flashes on and off or alternates between different numbers making it impossiblele to change temperature or spin speed. I tried doing a service wash that was supposed to last for over 2hours and heat up to 70c but it finished after 10 mins and stayed cold, seems like its not heating up now. Would this be caused by one problem or multiple faults? I’m going to fight as hard as I can to get Cooperative electrical to pay for repair but as many of you probably know they only help when IVE paid for electricians report proving that basically its not my fault. I’m very annoyed because I payed £225 for it and I know to some its cheap for a washing machine but to me its not and I really think it should have lasted longer. Sorry to blab on just wondering if anyone knows what could be wrong with the bloody thing, thanks.
