    Hi all
    I am looking for the part number for a water softner ( not the fill matrix on the side ) for a beko de3861fw.
    I dont know if it’s the old or the new version because the number on the door is rubbed of. ? if there is one one back if they are different parts.
    Also a good place to buy them or the main dealer phone number would be great. 😆
