    Hi there

First post and hoping someone way cleverer than me can help !

I have the above fridge freezer and the lower drawer of the fridge is freezing up.

if I’m right the temperatures should read 4, -18, -18 on the panel.

the model is MN1416224PX and I cannot understand the manual at all!

is it faulty or is there anything I can do??

    thanks everyone

Beko’s website refers to the bottom fridge drawer as a chiller compartment.
Offering a hygienic and perfectly suited environment for your meat, fish and dairy products, the chiller compartment maintains a low temperature at around 0ÂșC, helping them to stay fresh for longer
