Might seem a daft question but who are Beko’s service agents in the UK for Gas and Electric products? 😳

Right now a network of independents although largely seems to be Service Force agents who were doing service at one point, GDHA also used at one point.

Now with this recall thing going on which British Gas are doing in large part if not completely and the recent announcement that Beko service for DAG was moving to DAG (on hold ATM according to recent info) again to British Gas I’ve had several people asking if the whole lot is moving over to BG.

The short answer is I really don’t know.

Given the move to BG on two fronts however I can fully understand why some of the agents may well be thinking that it’d be moving and, were it me, I’d be planning for that work not being there for too long given this and the history of moving the work about.

British gas are doing Beko’s cooker repairs ?

Dunno.

I know they’re doing a load of the recalls of fridge freezers and that the DAG work is supposedly going to BG, nothing much further known by me.
